What it does
Visual workflow builder
Drag-and-drop nodes for triggers, actions, conditions and integrations with the SaaS tools you already use.
Human approval gates
Approval steps with comments and rework, so a person signs off where a wrong answer would cost money.
Execution visibility
Every run recorded with inputs, decisions and outputs, giving you a clear audit trail.
In detail
How NeuronFlow works
A visual workflow builder
Workflows are assembled from nodes on a canvas: manual, scheduled, email and webhook triggers; Switch, Loop and Merge for branching, iteration and parallel paths; Set, Sort and Sync for data; HTTP Request and pre-built Tool nodes for external services; Wait for controlled delays; and Output to shape the final result. A Code Tool node runs custom JavaScript or PHP where a built-in node is not enough.
A human in the loop
Approval pauses a run for one reviewer; Approval Group collects decisions from several. Reviewers can comment and send a request back for rework rather than simply rejecting it, and every decision is recorded with who made it and when. This is what makes NeuronFlow suitable for purchase requests, invoice release, discounts, leave and escalations rather than only for data plumbing.
AI Agent and Agent Mode
The AI Agent node processes information with the model you choose, for routing, drafting, classification and enrichment. Agent Mode adds durable memory and reusable context blocks, so a long-running workflow keeps a readable plan of what it is doing, resumes from the right checkpoint on the next run, and applies the same brand voice or approval policy every time. Standard mode remains the right choice for simple trigger-to-output flows.
Integrations
One-click OAuth connections for Google Analytics, Search Console, Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Meet, and Facebook. API-key connections for Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp through Twilio and SMTP email; HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho CRM; Shopify and WooCommerce; Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay; Airtable; AWS S3, Dropbox and OneDrive; Calendly and Outlook Calendar; Google PageSpeed and the Chrome UX Report; and WordPress through an application password. Anything else is reachable through the HTTP Request node and webhooks.
Execution history
Every run is recorded with its inputs, the path taken, each decision and the outputs, giving finance, HR and operations an audit trail they can search. Documented use cases include purchase request approval, invoice review and payment release, expense reimbursement, leave requests, new-hire onboarding, IT and facility requests, discount approval, customer escalation review, campaign launch readiness and content publishing review.
